Magnum of the Month
A Mâconnais Chardonnay with a gentle richness that speaks to the warmer southern end of Burgundy’s white wine spectrum. Ripe white peach, honeysuckle, and toasted hazelnut layered over a cool, limestone minerality that keeps everything fresh and lively. The palate is medium-full with a lovely creamy texture, balanced by vivid acidity and a long, gently honeyed finish. Unoaked Chardonnay from one of the appellation’s most reliable estates, and at only $58 a magnum, it’s a consistent reminder that the Mâconnais is one of Burgundy’s great bargains.

This Saturday is a different kind of tasting.
The Camarena family has been making tequila in the Jalisco highlands for generations. At El Pandillo, Felipe’s distillery, the water for G4 comes from rain collected on the property. The agave is farmed by hand on family land. The result is one of the most respected bottles of tequila in the world.
Daniel Moik from Colab Hospitality Studio joins us at the bar. Dan has built some of the most thoughtful cocktail programs in Bermuda and beyond. He will be pouring G4 alongside a few prebatched cocktails of his own.
