Domaine Saint Cyr La Galoche Beaujolais Blanc 2025
At the southern edge of Beaujolais, the granite that defines the crus gives way to clay and limestone. This is Les Pierres Dorées, the golden stones, where the Saint-Cyr family has made wine for four generations.
The 2025 is fresh and saline, all white peach, lemon pith, and wet stone. Serve it cold alongside grilled fish, oysters, or anything that comes off the water.
