Enrico Rivetto has firmly established his family winery as a pioneer in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Rivetto, based in the commune of Serralunga, is the only demeter certified estate in Piedmont. Enrico not only strives to make Barolo of the highest quality, he ensures that the ecosystem around his winery will remain healthy for future generations.
