The Bouchard winemaking team crafts this beautiful wine using fruit from various estate vineyards, including Greves, Les Cent Vignes, and Clos du Roi. These iconic sites make some of the most prized wines in the appellation, creating the complexity and backbone behind this standout cuvée. Burgundy lovers looking for what seems to be ever-elusive value, this is a wine that should not be missed. 

2 bottles x Château Peyrassol ‘Les Clos’ Rosé 2024

Produced only in the best vintages, this flagship cuvée comes from the ‘Clos Peyrassol’ vineyard, one of the most beautiful plots on the estate. Low stone walls surround the old vines, which produce an elegant and profound rosé that will make any wine lover take note. This is not casual pink juice in a fancy bottle; this is fine rosé wine that makes a true statement.

While waiting for your ‘Le Pergole Torte’ to age gracefully, don’t forget to check in on the ‘Montevertine’. 

96 points (Vinous) “The 2019 Montevertine is absolutely gorgeous. Plush and silky, with terrific depth, the 2019 impresses with its exceptional balance. In most years, the tannins can be a bit fierce, but in 2019, they are surprisingly soft and caressing in relative terms. Once again, I am quite struck by the sheer richness in the 2019. Black cherry, plum, lavender, spice, tobacco and incense build in this decidedly potent Montevertine. This is an especially fine edition and a very serious wine. Impressive. In 2019, Montevertine will give Pergole Torte a run for its money.”
