Polkura’s Cabernet — grown on the same granite coastal terroir as their celebrated Syrah — is not your typical Chilean Cabernet. Cooler, leaner and more mineral-driven, with cassis, tobacco, dried herb and a fine-grained tannin structure that reflects the site rather than the variety’s more commercial potential. Genuinely interesting.
