Passetoutgrain is Burgundy’s original field blend — Pinot Noir and Gamay co-fermented, typically from younger vines. From Pommard vigneron Pierrick Bouley, this is the charming, lighter-footed side of the Côte de Beaune: fresh red fruit, earthy spice and a juicy finish that makes it ideal for the table.
