Semillón from 1940s-planted vines on decomposed granite, partially fermented on skins in tinaja and aged across a mix of tinaja, FlexTank and used barrique. Golden and complex: pollen, stone fruit, lemon curd and a positive oxidative depth on the palate, held in check by chalky, vibrant acidity. One of Chile’s most distinctive whites.
