Domaine de la Charbonniere is the Maret family’s estate in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, run today by sisters Caroline and Veronique. The Blanc blends Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette from sandy soils. White peach, fennel and beeswax with a fresh finish. White Chateauneuf is rare, and this is a lovely one.
