Le Rognet is the most southerly Grand Cru site on the Corton hill, producing wines of extraordinary density and concentration. The 2019 vintage adds richness and depth: black cherry, tobacco, earth and a monumental tannic structure that needs a decade to fully resolve. A serious cellar wine from one of Burgundy’s most undervalued Grand Crus.
