Clos Cibonne has been in the Roux family since 1797, a Cru Classe estate above the sea at Le Pradet devoted to the rare Tibouren grape. Cuvee Prestige Olivier is the top red, aged in the estate’s century old foudres under a veil of fleurette. Wild herbs, red fruit and Mediterranean spice. Provence red as almost nobody makes it anymore.
