Clos Cibonne has been in the Roux family since 1797, a Cru Classe estate above the sea at Le Pradet devoted to the rare Tibouren grape. Cuvee Tradition is the flagship: Tibouren aged in hundred year old foudres under a thin veil of yeast. Redcurrant, herbs and a saline finish, with a year or two of bottle age only improving it. The rose that made the house a cult.
