The cool mountain air and ancient limestone soils produce wines of remarkable freshness and finesse for the southern Rhône – Chêne Bleu’s rosé is Provence-inspired winemaking at its most elegant and precise. Made from old-vine Grenache blended with Mourvèdre and Grenache Blanc that shows classic Provençal red fruit aromas with notes of raspberry and redcurrant with touches of pink grapefruit and lime. The palate is balanced and fresh, rich and elegant with a pleasant dry fruitiness and a long, citrus finish.
