Domaine du Grand Cros consistently produces some of the finest Provence Rosé from their family vineyard holdings in Carnoules in the heart of the Côtes de Provence. ‘La Rivale’ is a relatively new addition to their portfolio. Julian Faulkner, owner and winemaker, takes a parcel of his own vines, vinifies the fruit, and then adds bubbles via the Charmat method, in large tanks. ‘La Rivale’ is lightly sparkling, fresh and vibrant.
