Disznoko is a First Growth estate of Tokaj, replanted and restored from 1992 on a single sweep of volcanic hillside. Aszu 5 Puttonyos is the classic style: botrytised Furmint berries, years in cask in the estate’s cellars. Apricot, orange peel, honey and saffron, all carried by electric acidity. One of the world’s great sweet wines, with a decade of age already in the bottle.
