DELIVERY
We offer in-store collection or delivery to your business or home address. Our delivery methods and prices are outlined below:
PICK UP in Store (Same Day) – Free
HOME DELIVERY 1-2 Business Days – $25 (Free on all orders over $200)
Note, if orders are made before 10am between Monday and Saturday, deliveries will be fulfilled on the same day – any orders past 10am cannot guarantee same day delivery.
RETURN POLICY
We do not warrant as to the taste or drinkability of wines purchased as drinkability and taste are subjective judgements. All wines and products sold in-store or online are non-refundable after purchase for any reason. We do offer exchanges and replacement of certain items outlined below:
Faulty Wines
If a bottle of wine is corked, oxidized, or otherwise defective we will replace such bottle with another bottle of the same wine (or if not available, with another bottle of equivalent value), provided that the following criteria have been met:
- Wine purchased from us has been properly stored and does not evidence signs of being exposed to heat (vital in Bermuda’s climate where exposure to heat can result in the rapid deterioration and spoilage of wine)
- The wine is within the generally accepted drinking window
- We have not advised you that we will be unable to provide a refund or replacement for reasons of age or provenance
We reserve the right to ask you to provide the bottle for inspection within a reasonable period.
Non-Wine Products & Dry Goods
All non-wine products (Spirits, Beers, Dry Goods, Glassware etc.) are non-refundable for any reason after purchase. Two Rock Wines does offer exchanges on these products within seven days of purchase, so long as they are unused, unopened, and not tampered with or damaged in any way. Any products not abiding by these stipulations and policies will be refused for exchange.
