Mt. Jefferson Cuvée is Cristom’s flagship Pinot Noir and a great bottle to share for those celebrating Thanksgiving this week. Produced with fruit from their estate vineyards, as well as some neighboring vineyards, the 2022 is pure and fresh with bright acidity cutting through the ripe strawberry, blueberry and red cherry fruit. A small amount of whole cluster, gives lots of spice and lift, and there’s an unashamed ‘new world’ style to this, with exuberant fruit and palate weight, but it remains silky and balanced.
