Niepoort Dócil Loureiro Vinho Verde 2025
Dócil is Niepoort’s Loureiro from the Lima Valley, the grape’s traditional home in Vinho Verde, grown on granite soils and farmed organically.
Whole bunches are pressed gently, the juice ferments cool on wild yeasts in stainless steel, then spends 5 months on its lees.
Lime, green apple, white flowers, a saline finish with the faintest prickle of spritz. Light, bright and built for a Bermuda summer.

Chêne Bleu ‘Le Rosé’ 2022
Made from old-vine Grenache blended with Mourvèdre and Grenache Blanc that shows classic Provençal red fruit aromas with notes of raspberry and redcurrant with touches of pink grapefruit and lime.
In magnum, all of that elegance is amplified – the larger format slowing the wine’s evolution and preserving its freshness. Hubert Lignier
Hubert Lignier is one of the benchmarks of Morey-Saint-Denis, with grand cru holdings in Clos de la Roche, Charmes-Chambertin and Griotte-Chambertin.
The domaine sat on our watchlist for years before a tiny allocation of the 2021 vintage landed, and after our visit to the cellar last September, that allocation has grown. This Saturday we pour four wines side by side.
We’ll have the wines open this Saturday for you to try.
