Tracy & Cie Menetou-Salon ‘Madame des Fontaynes’ Blanc 2025
Menetou-Salon sits one village west of Sancerre, on the same Kimmeridgian limestone: the pale, oyster-shell marl that gives Loire Sauvignon Blanc its precision.
This bottle comes from Tracy & Cie, one of the oldest estates in the region and a reference point for Loire Sauvignon over many generations. Few people know this grape and this ground better.
The 2025 is clean and exact: white peach and grapefruit pith, then wet stone and a long saline finish.

Chêne Bleu ‘Le Rosé’ 2022
Made from old-vine Grenache blended with Mourvèdre and Grenache Blanc that shows classic Provençal red fruit aromas with notes of raspberry and redcurrant with touches of pink grapefruit and lime.
In magnum, all of that elegance is amplified – the larger format slowing the wine’s evolution and preserving its freshness. Château de Tracy
Pouilly-Fumé has two faces, and Château de Tracy farms both. Flint and clay around the château give the struck-flint smoke the appellation is named for. The Vilmoy parcel to the north sits on Kimmeridgian limestone, the fossil-shell seam that runs to Chablis, and brings citrus and lift. Thirty-three hectares, one family, generations of farming.
This Saturday, four of their wines are on the table.
